My Approach

Therapy that meets you where you are.

Whether you're healing from an abusive relationship or untangling patterns from your childhood — this is a space where your experience is understood, not minimized.

The Process

Working collaboratively
at your pace

Healing after a narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationship involves more than just moving on. Most clients arrive feeling confused, emotionally depleted, hypervigilant, or disconnected from themselves — their sense of reality shaken by prolonged experiences of manipulation, criticism, control, or betrayal.

My approach is relational, interactive, and trauma-informed. Therapy offers a space where your experiences don't need to be defended, minimized, or explained away.

Together, we work to understand the impact these relationships have had on your nervous system, your sense of identity, and your capacity to feel safe and connected.

1

Creating Safety & Understanding

We begin by making sense of what you've experienced — exploring relationship dynamics, emotional injuries, attachment patterns, and the impact of chronic invalidation, gaslighting, or coercive dynamics. Therapy becomes a place where your experience is understood rather than minimized.

2

Nervous System Healing & Stabilization

Narcissistic relationships often leave people anxious, dysregulated, and emotionally exhausted. We work to reduce overwhelm, support emotional regulation, reconnect you with your body's signals, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and internally safe.

3

Rebuilding Trust in Yourself

Many survivors lose confidence in their own instincts and decisions. This work focuses on strengthening self-trust, clarifying values, rebuilding self-worth, and helping you reconnect with your own voice and intuition.

4

Boundaries & Relational Repair

We explore healthier relational patterns, communication, and the ways past experiences may continue to shape your current relationships. This may include healing attachment wounds, navigating ongoing contact or co-parenting, and learning to recognize emotionally safe relationships.
