Tips For Anxiety Relief
Learn Your Triggers: Most likely there are a number of factors contributing to your anxious feelings. Figure out when the feelings begin, as this is helpful in circumventing them from starting.
Get Exercise: Moving your body and getting your heart beating is healthy, but for people suffering from anxiety, it’s essential. It is also distracting and you produce endorphins, which will make you feel better. Endorphins trigger a positive feeling inside, as well as diminishes pain and also acts as a sedative!
Do Not Isolate: The more you are around others, the more you will be distracted from your anxiety. You may even forget about it! When alone, rumination can take over and make your feelings worse.
Interrupt The Cycle: When feeling anxious, take a walk, call a friend or family member, or start or complete an enjoyable project. The more you sit with your feelings, the larger they will become.
