This journey will empower you to heal and discover your inner strength, allowing you to shape a genuinely happy, meaningful, and authentic life.
“Some relationships are like broken glass. It’s better to leave them alone than hurt yourself trying to put them back together.”
I know what it’s like to have a narcissistic parent, have narcissistic friends and, at times, be unhappy in your relationship.
You have been a victim of emotional trauma, which is devastating to your ability to form healthy future relationships.
My mother abandoned me and my siblings at age 12. I was part of a Narcissistic Family System, where you are struggling in your (childhood) alone, experiencing criticism, neglect, manipulation and controlling behavior believing it’s normal, when others in your life experience your parent(s) as charming and kind.
It is truly “crazy-making.” Amazingly, all of these experiences and resulting feelings can be processed through and changed.
The narcissistic family & parental manipulation is unique and insidious. I believe insidious is a perfect word to describe narcissistic treatment by someone you thought loved you. It means a gradual, subtle, secretly dangerous, corrupting or intending to trap. Dangerous manipulation. I have experienced first-hand a narcissistic parent, which oftentimes leads you to creating a narcissistic love relationship & friendships. I have experienced both and they are difficult to recognize & heal from without professional help. I have the experience, my professional education and specialized training in narcissistic relationship recovery.
